Enter quoted unit prices (optional)

These are your figures, not live supplier prices. Gate assemblies, labor, tax and freight are excluded.

Complete all four nonnegative unit prices to calculate a material subtotal.

What this estimate includes and excludes

One straight run, with equal bays and gate openings grouped at the end. Posts are bay boundaries plus one additional post per gate. Gates are removed from the board infill; gate leaves, gate boards, gate framing and hardware need a separate takeoff. Rail quantities use your count per bay. Horizontal boards are counted with two end supports; additional intermediate supports/fixings must be reviewed separately. No structural spans or safe fastening schedule is generated.

Board pieces are cut from one stock length with a ⅛-inch saw kerf between pieces. Whole-stock quantities are rounded up before adding the allowance. Rails and posts have no waste allowance. No corners, slope, ripped edge boards, footings, fastener corrosion approval or cut-list optimization is included.
